Your package

Purchase a package for your establishment and selected activity, then complete your details and applicability questions to issue your documents. Review and approve the documents within your establishment before use. Buying a package does not confer certification or a licence.

Payments are processed through Moyasar, and the package opens after payment is confirmed. The Inspection Simulator is a separate product; subscriptions are currently unavailable.

Nature of the service

DOOOQS is a self-service software tool: it prepares quality system documents from the data you enter, using standard templates. DOOOQS does not provide regulatory or technical consultancy, does not represent the customer before the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, and does not prepare or submit applications on its behalf. Reviewing and approving the documents is the establishment's responsibility. Technical support covers use of the platform.
