Data and its use
We use your name, email and sign-in information to maintain and protect your account. We retain your selected activity, billing details, orders and payment records. When you use a product, we retain the establishment details, answers, logo and documents you provide to prepare your package or review your files.
We process connection information and technical request logs to operate and protect the site and diagnose errors, and referral and campaign information to understand page use. Session and language cookies support the service. We use your messages to respond and follow up on your requests.
Passwords are stored as derived hashes, not plain text. We do not store payment-card details. Your documents are not automatically sent to an external analysis service; simulator reviews are currently manual.
We also retain the date and version of your privacy acknowledgement, document-issue confirmations and package history. Each order keeps its own billing record when you later change your billing details. You can ask about an order from your account email.
Hosting and service providers
The site and application records are hosted in Saudi Arabia. Cloudflare manages the domain. If its proxy is enabled, connection and request data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia and security cookies may be used. See the Cloudflare notice.
Your rights and contact
To request access, correction or deletion, or ask about retention, contact the DOOOQS team at support@doooqs.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Do not send passwords or card details.
